Accepting New Patients
We offer high quality medical care, behavioral health programs and general dentistry accepting Medicare, Medi-Cal and most private insurance. Some patients qualify for a sliding fee discount program. Patients may schedule an eligibility screening appointment.

As part of its ongoing efforts to improve access to healthcare in rural northern Sonoma County, Alexander Valley Healthcare is moving forward to construct a new health center facility in downtown Cloverdale.
Family Medicine
Our staff of primary care providers consists of family practice physicians and nurse practitioners offering comprehensive services for patients of all ages.
Dental Care
The Alexander Valley Healthcare Dental Clinic offers comprehensive dental care for children and adults to help patients maintain a healthy mouth.
Behavioral Health
The Behavioral Health staff at Alexander Valley Healthcare works closely with our medical and dental providers to ensure that we are treating the entire individual.
Financial Services
If patients make less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, they may qualify for the sliding fee discount program, even if they have insurance. We provide sliding fee discounts for patients based on family size, income levels, and housing costs.
Our Wellness Center
Construction will begin this year on the new Health and Wellness Center in the heart of downtown Cloverdale.
