Since 1994, Alexander Valley Healthcare has been dedicated to caring for our community. As part of this commitment, we provide convenient medical care for local seniors and have established a valuable community partnership with the Cloverdale Senior Multi-purpose Center. This collaboration includes partnering on grants, and providing essential referrals, enrollment, and insurance services to ensure seniors have access to the care they need.
The Cloverdale Senior Multi-purpose Center offers a wide range of resources and activities for seniors including access to services like Sonoma County Legal Aid and Caregiver support groups, affordable classes such as Yoga and Strength Training, and free activities like Bingo and card games as well as a wholesale Friday CSMC Community Produce Market and lunch program. They provide a safe and supportive space, welcoming all members of the community.
Starting in August, Alexander Valley Healthcare Enrollment Counselor, Belen Farias, will be at the Cloverdale Senior Multi-purpose Center on Friday mornings during the Produce Market. Belen is there to assist seniors with questions regarding access to care and insurance information, including Medi-Cal and Medicare enrollment services. Stop by to say hello, pick up a free grocery bag, and be greeted with a smile.
Being a local healthcare provider is a significant advantage for our Alexander Valley Healthcare patients, especially given the limited transportation options in the area. We understand the importance of accessible healthcare and are committed to serving the needs of our whole community.
Once our new facility is opened, Alexander Valley Healthcare will be able to offer expanded services to the entire community, not just our patients. This will include Urgent Care, labs and an onsite pharmacy as well as specialty care.
