Transformative gift to the AVH Capital Campaign

REUSER FAMILY MAKES TRANSFORMATIVE GIFT

Alexander Valley Healthcare (AVH) proudly announces a generous $500,000 donation from Darlene and Bruce Reuser in memory of their daughter, Tina Reuser Dogali who passed away in 2021. In recognition of this heartfelt gift, the first floor of the new Alexander Valley Health & Wellness Center will be named in Tina’s honor.

On July 5th, Bruce and Darlene Reuser, along with Tina’s son, Henry Dogali, and her siblings, Merle and Tammy, presented a check to AVH CEO Debbie Howell at the site of the new medical facility. The presentation was attended by Cloverdale Mayor Todd Lands, Cloverdale Chamber representative Bri Bohanan, members of AVH’s Board of Directors and Governors, as well as donors and community members.

Bruce Reuser spoke about the importance of giving back to the Cloverdale community, where he raised his children and built his successful business from the ground up. “Cloverdale has been home to the Reuser family for five generations. Supporting the new medical center is not only a way to honor the memory of my daughter but to provide for the people of Cloverdale.”

Merle highlighted the family’s belief in the importance of providing medical services where people live and work, emphasizing how it will support the local economy. Reuser, Inc. is a family-operated business specializing in the manufacturing and bulk distribution of organic landscape materials, and has been a staple in Cloverdale for over four decades.
